What this website is
This website describes the financing LendVault aims to provide. It is general information. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation, a commitment to lend, or financial, legal or tax advice. It is not possible to obtain any facility by using this website.
No commitment
Any facility is subject to eligibility, due diligence, know-your-customer checks, credit approval, documentation and applicable law, and exists only when a facility letter has been signed by LendVault. Indicative terms, examples and illustrations on this website, including the sample facility letter, are not terms offered to anyone.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create an application or any obligation on either side. We may decline to respond. Do not send identity documents, account statements or other confidential records through the form; we will tell you how to provide them if a conversation proceeds.
Fraud and impersonation
LendVault never asks for an advance fee, a deposit or a payment to process an enquiry, and never contacts you from a free email address. Anything that claims to be LendVault and does so is not. Report it to us at the office address.
Use of the site
You may read and link to this website. You may not copy its text, pictures or marks for commercial use, interfere with it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. The credited photographs of Lagos belong to their photographers under the licences stated in the footer.
Liability and law
To the extent the law allows, LendVault is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. Last updated: October 2026.
