Who is responsible
LendVault Ltd (RC 9791479), 11 Engineering Close, Victoria Island, Lagos, is the data controller for this website. Write to capital@lendvault.com or to the office address for anything about your data.
What we collect, and why
- Your enquiry. The name, organisation, email, phone number, financing need, indicative amount and message you send us, used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to begin a conversation about a facility. Lawful basis: your consent, given on the form, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Technical data. The IP address and browser type of a request, kept in server logs for security for up to thirty days.
- No cookies. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from third parties: its typefaces are served from lendvault.com.
Who sees it
The lending team, and the providers that run this website and its email on our behalf. We do not sell data, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
How long
Enquiries are kept for twelve months, then deleted, unless a relationship follows, in which case the records a facility needs are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Write to the office address.
