01 · What we finance
Corporate lending
Term and revolving facilities for established companies: expansion, acquisitions, refinancing, and the balance-sheet moments between them.
Tenor 1 to 5 years

The facility
A corporate facility is sized to the business, not to a product sheet. We read the accounts, the order book and the plan, then write a term or revolving line whose covenants a management team can live with. Drawdowns, repayments and reporting are set out once, in the facility letter.
What it is for
- Expansion and capital expenditure
- Acquisitions and buy-outs
- Refinancing existing debt
- Shareholder events
What stands behind it
- Cash flows and audited accounts
- Fixed and floating charges
- Shares and guarantees
What we ask for
- Audited accounts, three years
- Management accounts, year to date
- Twelve-month cash-flow forecast
- Details of existing borrowings and security
- Corporate documents and KYC
